Audio Quality comparison

Here is one of Nick's OH files, which is sampled at 44.1K, stereo, and with a bitrate of 197kbps. The file is about 13M (which is one of the smallest of the the mp3s. Most are 5-10x that size)

Here is the same file downsampled to 11K, mono, with a bitrate of 16kbps. It's only about 1M - less than a tenth the original size.

Here is the same file downsampled to 22K, mono, with a bitrate of 32kbps. It's about 2M.

I guess we could live with the 11K sample, but please have a listen and tell me if you can hear a significant difference.
